My Moon and Stars Rainy Day Wedding at Parq West San Diego

So like… it never rains in San Diego… then 2019 showed up and all the sudden we are drowning lol. Life is funny like that. Which brings me to this rainy day wedding. I will admit, I 100% stressed out for this wedding. Shooting in the rain doesn’t typically come with San Diego weather. I mean an engagement session here or there is fine, but a full wedding?! The fear was real. But this wedding will go down in the books as one of my favs for just that reason. The weather wasn’t cooperating, I only had so many options and was forced to bust out the extra creative sorcery. It was amazing. And can we just talk about Madeline + Dylan for a minute?! These sweet souls were absolute rays of sunshine despite the weather. The gloomy weather complimented their galaxy themed wedding so well. The sun took a break that day just to let their love shine, and God was it beautiful. Of all the stars in the galaxy, theirs shined the brightest.

“your hand
touching mine.
this is how
galaxies
collide.”
